EIS Waste Services Ltd are delighted to announce the arrival of our two new Doosan DX180LC material handlers to work at our recycling centre at Gallowhill, Aberdeen. The machines were purchased from Craig Mann of local Doosan dealer Balgownie Ltd and represent another significant investment in our state of the art recycling operation. Today our very own Erin Sharp became the companies youngest qualified HGV Driver passing her test at the first attempt. Colourful lights decorated the Blue Toon on the 23rd November when the towns Christmas Lights were officially lit up during a day of festive celebration. The town’s annual Light Up Peterhead event included a visit from Santa with his reindeer, an indoor market and performances from local groups and individuals. The official switch-on of the Christmas lights took place at 5pm following a parade by Santa and the reindeer from Queen Street at 1.20pm. Visitors
Installation of additional recycling equipment at our Gallowhill Recycling Facility was carried out despite the adverse weather conditions faced by the Kiverco Installation Team. Our new building and plant represents an investment of almost £1,000.000 and will allow us to divert even more waste from landfill and offer our clients more environmentally friendly and sustainable disposal and recycling options. Thanks to Kiverco for their on-time delivery, professional installation and bullet proof equipment.

EIS Waste Services welcomed Kaiden Mann to our box to watch his first Aberdeen match at Pittodrie. Kaiden loves watching football but has been unable to get a space in the stadium to watch a game because he needs one for his wheelchair. We decided to help him out by letting him watch the match from the comfort of our box in the Richard Donald Stand. Kaiden loved it pointing out the players and cheering
