Leading North-east waste management and recycling company, EIS Waste Services Ltd has secured a £300,000 contract with Port of Aberdeen – Britain’s oldest existing business. The three-year contract will involve EIS providing comprehensive waste management and recycling services across Port of Aberdeen’s estate, from visiting vessels to office facilities. Colourful lights decorated the Blue Toon on the 23rd November when the towns Christmas Lights were officially lit up during a day of festive celebration. The town’s annual Light Up Peterhead event included a visit from Santa with his reindeer, an indoor market and performances from local groups and individuals.
