Leading North-east waste management and recycling company, EIS Waste Services Ltd has secured a £300,000 contract with Port of Aberdeen – Britain’s oldest existing business. The three-year contract will involve EIS providing comprehensive waste management and recycling services across Port of Aberdeen’s estate, from visiting vessels to office facilities. The port aims to become the UK’s first net zero port by 2040 and the new contract will support the reduction of its scope 3 emissions.

The machines were purchased from Craig Mann of local Doosan dealer Balgownie Ltd and represent another significant investment in our state of the art recycling operation. Colourful lights decorated the Blue Toon on the 23rd November when the towns Christmas Lights were officially lit up during a day of festive celebration. The town’s annual Light Up Peterhead event included a visit from Santa with his reindeer, an indoor market and performances from local groups and individuals. Installation of additional recycling equipment at our Gallowhill Recycling Facility was carried out despite the adverse weather conditions faced by the Kiverco Installation Team.
